- The songs lyrics are acronyms of the word fear.
- On a later album, 2005's Solarized, Brown makes acronyms out of the word time. The name of the song is Time Is My Everything.
- Mainly recorded in a house in Shepherd's Bush, London. In an interview with Tony Wilson, Brown said they had £400,000 worth of equipment set up in the front room.
- Of the recording process, Brown said he wanted his vocals prominent, front and centre, and then when he finishes the music comes wrapping around back in.
- There is a remix by Unkle.
