Details
  • Pierce the Veil is a Mexican-American band that was formed in 2006 by Vic Fuentes and his brother Mike Fuentes. When the band originally formed their members were Vic Fuentes, Mike Fuentes, Tony Perry and Jaime Preciado. Before forming Pierce the Veil, Tony and Jaime were in a hard metal band called 'Trigger My Nightmare' while the Fuentes brothers were in the emo group 'Before Today'.

Their debut album debut 'A Flair for the Dramatic' was released in 2007, featuring 11 tracks with a total length of 40 minutes and 29 seconds. Following this, they headlined 'The Delicious Tour' from October to November 2008.

  • 'Wonderless' is one of Pierce the Veils more laid back tunes and is the last song on their first album. This track, in my view, delves into the struggles of a musician in a relationship while striving for success in Hollywood. A stanbdout line, for me, "you and I got lost along the way, and if you don't find me at all then I won't care." The song resonates with raw emotion, especially through its instrumental which evokes a raw sense of bitter devastation.
